Worthing conservation area reviews

Worthing Borough Council has carried out a review of the Goring Hall and Steyne Gardens conservation areas. It is also proposing a new conservation area at Marine Gardens.

The council undertook a period of public consultation on the draft character appraisals for each conservation area, which closed on 30th November 2023. The council is now considering the comments submitted and will make recommendations on any amendments required.
