Rent a parking space

Adur and Worthing:

Adur Homes have some parking spaces available to rent across Adur and Worthing, although the waiting list is currently closed due to high demand. Any update to this will be posted on this page.

Weekly charges are as follows:

Prices from 4th April 2024 to 2nd April 2025. Prices are subject to an annual increase in April, prices correct as at 1st April 2024.

  • £5.38 for Adur Homes tenants/leaseholders
  • £6.46 for non-tenants (including £1.08 VAT)

Note on VAT charges:

If you rent a parking space from Adur Homes and are not a council housing tenant, the standard rate of VAT applies to the parking space rent as it is separate to the dwelling you rent. If you are an Adur Homes tenant and also rent a parking space from the council you are not charged VAT on the rent for the parking space.

Adur Homes also have some garages available to rent.

End a parking space agreement with Adur Homes

Worthing Borough Council have some parking spaces in Augusta Place available to rent, although there is currently no availability. When spaces become available this page will be updated.
