Adur Homes - new sites: Daniel Close and Gravelly Crescent, Lancing

About the site

These two garage sites, which are owned by Adur District Council, were identified as part of the Council's Hidden Homes study which looked at ways that new affordable housing could be developed to provide good quality homes for local people.

It is proposed that a total of nine new homes will be built on the Daniel Close site, while seven new homes will be built at Gravelly Crescent.
