Adur conservation area reviews

Adur District Council has carried out a review of the North Lancing and Sompting conservation areas.

The council undertook a period of public consultation on the draft character appraisals for each conservation area, which closed on 30th November 2023. The council is now considering the comments submitted and will make recommendations on any amendments required.

The council consulted on proposed revisions to the boundaries of the conservation area; and a draft conservation area character appraisal:
