Worthing Multi-Storey Car Parks - Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Councils' Car Parking Team are keen to hear your views on how we can improve our service for our customers.

The questions are mostly tick box or multi-choice, so are very easy to complete - please take a few moments to complete this survey and let us know how we can improve our service to you.

This survey will run from 29th June to 31st August 2018.

If you take part in the survey you can choose to enter into a prize draw to win one of two prizes of £25 M&S Vouchers, just add your details in the last question of the survey.
