Pay a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
PCN Scam Emails: There is a scam email being sent purporting to be from HMCTS (Her Majesty's Courts & Tribunal Service) regarding Fixed Penalty Notices.
Please note the Courts do not issue Fixed Penalty Notices; and Fixed Penalty Notices and Penalty Charge Notices are never sent by email.
This has been reported to the British Parking Association who are making the various agencies aware of this scam.
Should you receive an email from HMCTS purporting to be in relation to a Fixed Penalty Notice please do not click on the links.
To pay your PCN (sometimes called a 'parking ticket' or 'parking fine') you will need your PCN reference number and your vehicle registration number.
Your PCN reference number will start with either AD, AX, WU or UW.
