New homes for our citizens: St Giles Close, Shoreham-by-Sea
New homes completed: see press release - First families to move into new Adur council homes
About the site
This former garage site, which is owned by Adur District Council, was identified as part of the Council's Hidden Homes study which looked at ways that new affordable housing could be developed to provide good quality homes for local people.
The site is located near to Shoreham town centre in a sustainable location and has a children and family centre nearby as well as Park Avenue open space.
Work is now underway to develop two 2-bedroom houses and two 1-bedroom bungalows with off-street parking and private gardens.
