Adur & Worthing Housing Strategy

At a meeting of the Joint Strategic Sub-Committee in March 2023 it was decided that the Adur and Worthing Housing Strategy 2020 - 2023 be extended until the end of March 2024. For details see: Housing Strategy Roadmap Decision

The Adur & Worthing Housing Strategy has been jointly developed by Adur District and Worthing Borough Councils.

It outlines our key housing priorities for the next three years and builds on the commitments detailed in 'Platforms for our Places: Going Further 2020-22', setting out how we plan to support and strengthen our communities and help both people and businesses thrive. The Strategy objectives reflect the Councils' corporate priorities, other Council strategies and the strategies and priorities of other partners and stakeholders:
