Holocaust Memorial Day - 27th January

Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD) takes place each year on the 27th January to mark the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi death camp.

Services take place each year in Adur and Worthing as the communities show their support for Holocaust Memorial Day and equality for all.

This year's events will be held at:

• 11:30am on 27th January 2026, at the Tree of Life in Buckingham Park, Shoreham-by-Sea
• 9:45am on 27th January 2026, at the Tree of Life in Beach House Park, Worthing
