Commercial waste: Food waste
If you run a restaurant, café, pub or care home, then food could make up 33% of all your business' refuse. By using anaerobic digestion-a recognised sustainable method of energy production, our dedicated food waste service can divert kilos of kitchen leftovers and plate waste to energy production.
Our support team is ready to help you manage your business' food waste more sustainably. Integrating this service as part of a general waste reduction strategy, does not usually mean additional costs for our customers.
Clients will receive a new 'Food Waste Recycler' window sticker which they can display to show their customers that they are committed to managing their waste effectively.
We include a duty of care waste transfer note (waste certificate) with all our waste contracts as standard.
