Shadwells Court and Tollbridge House - ground source heat pump heating and hot water system & solar panel installation
The contractor Kensa Contracting are starting works on two of our sheltered housing schemes, commencing in the autumn 2021 and expected to complete in late spring of 2022.
The works include replacement of the existing gas-fired central heating system with a Ground Source Heat Pump for domestic and communal heating and hot water, and solar panels to provide communal electricity at Shadwells Court.
