Beachcroft Place remedial works

Following a tender exercise, Adur Homes has appointed Cheesmur Building Contractors to carry out remedial works.

The works to each block will be:

• repairs to the flat to pitched roof junction
• repairs to rainwater gutters
• replacement of corroded screws to the external door entry system panels
• easing and adjusting of the windows to the communal stairway
• replacement of floor coverings to the communal stairway
• redecoration of the walls to the communal stairway and redecoration of the electrical conduits to the ceiling

This remedial work will hopefully be completed by the end of Spring/early Summer 2024.
