Annual fire door inspection programme

2024/25: Adur Homes have an ongoing fire door inspection programme using an accredited Company.

These inspections may flag up required maintenance, adjustments or full replacements, to comply with current fire regulations. These will be addressed in a programme of works in the near future, where those included will be contacted on an individual basis by Adur Homes directly.

Your responsibility as a tenant is to allow access for these inspections to take place and to ensure your front door is not altered in any way from the date it was installed.
