View your Business Rates account online

Please note: Access to the ADUR and WORTHING Self Service is unavailable due to system upgrades and maintenance. You are currently not able to sign in and view your account. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
Unfortunately we are still working with our service provider to fix some issues that have occured. Once we have done so we will then be able to open the Self Service portal up to all users to access.

You can view your Business Rates account online using your Self Service account. It's completely secure and allows you to check the details of:

• charges
• discounts or exemptions that have been granted
• payments (excluding those made today)
• account balance
