View your Business Rates account online

You can view your Business Rates account online using your Self Service account. It's completely secure and allows you to check the details of:

• charges
• discounts or exemptions that have been granted
• payments (excluding those made today)
• account balance

Once registered you can use the relevant service below:

Adur - View your online account

Adur Self Service is now available again. Unfortunately in fixing the recent issues there are some accounts that are showing as 'revoked'.

We have created instructions on how to unlink and relink any affected accounts. Please follow the attached instructions to relink any accounts:
