Adur Homes - new sites: Sylvan Road/Avon Close, Sompting

About the site

This former garage site which is owned by Adur District Council was identified as part of the council's hidden homes study which looked at ways that new affordable housing could be developed to provide good quality homes for local people.

The site is located close to Sompting Village Primary School and Sompting Recreation Ground.

Work is now underway to develop four two-bedroom houses and two one-bedroom bungalows with off street parking and private gardens. There will also be a large parking area for visitors and other residents of the area.
