Building insurance for Adur Homes leasehold properties

This building insurance schedule is for all Adur Homes leasehold properties. As it is a block policy individual properties are not listed or identified separately.

If you have a mortgage or are thinking of selling your property you may be required to share a copy of this policy with your lender or solicitor.

Note: the policy runs from the 1st June to 31st May each year:
