Budget Book

The Budget Book is the authorities' published plan of all income and expenditure for the financial year in question.

The Budget Book details all General Fund (expenditure financed by Council Tax), Housing Revenue Account (expenditure financed by council housing rents) and capital expenditure (fixed asset expenditure financed by borrowing, external grants etc.), presented in the Councils' adopted committee structure format.
