Hypnotism performances

Anyone who is planning a public performance, exhibition or demonstration of hypnotism for entertainment purposes must apply for consent from the Council first. 

There is an application fee of £21.00. A separate application must be made for each premises/venue.

How to apply

Please complete the application form below and return it to us at least 28 days before the performance date. The Licensing Unit will normally respond within 7 to 14 days.

If a licence is issued conditions will be attached, which must be adhered to.
