Licensing: EU Transition / Brexit - EU Migration Scheme

As most of you will be aware the Brexit transition period ended on 31st December 2020. New rules took effect on 1st January 2021.

This means that from 1st January 2021, the UK has a new points-based immigration system that impacts how we are able to grant licences. We advise you to subscribe to email updates from the Central Government about any additional arrangements.

EU citizen you must apply to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) if you want to continue living and working in the UK.

Adur & Worthing Councils value all our licence holders and their staff and we want our EU workers to remain working.
