Tenancy Strategy

The Localism Act 2011 introduces a requirement for every local authority in England to prepare and publish a Tenancy Strategy by January 2013.

The Tenancy Strategy seeks to clarify the principles and objectives of Adur & Worthing Councils with reference to tenancy offers to those people in housing need by providers of social housing.
