Housing reception works - Worthing Town Hall

Please note that from 2nd November to 11th December 2026 we are upgrading our facilities to improve accessibility and privacy.

During the works, in-person visits are strictly by appointment or for emergencies and the Housing Needs reception will be located in the main reception area of Worthing Town Hall.

• In-person visits:
  Strictly for pre-booked appointments. The Housing Team will arrange in-person appointments for those who need them - this will be for people who are homelesss and need to be booked into temporary acommodation.
   
• Urgent housing needs:
  Please call our Contact Centre on 01903 221063. Your details will be passed to the team and callbacks will be made based on urgency.
