West Sussex County Councillors

West Sussex County Council - WSCC - smallThere are currently 15 West Sussex County Councillors that cover the Adur and Worthing areas.

Following an electoral review this number will reduce to 14 effective from the WSCC elections on 4th May 2017. You can find out more about this WSCC electoral review on the Local Government Boundary Commission for England website.

County Councillors for the Adur District

The Adur District currently has six 'electoral divisions' each of which has its own West Sussex County Council Councillor. The electoral divisions in Adur are:

  • Kingston Buci
  • Lancing
  • Saltings
  • Shoreham
  • Sompting and North Lancing
  • Southwick

Following boundary changes, Adur District will have five 'electoral divisions' effective from the 4th May 2017 elections. The new county divisions in Adur will be:

  • Lancing
  • Shoreham North
  • Shoreham South
  • Sompting and North Lancing
  • Southwick
