The voice message will invite you to speak to us for help and support.
This will be followed by a text message, as shown in the section below.
Text message
Our text messages will be sent by us and will show as AWCouncils.
There will be a link (as shown below) starting with: https://reminders.adur-worthing.gov.uk
This will take you to a verification screen where you will need to confirm your postcode:
You will then get more information about why we are contacting you and how to pay your Council Tax:

- Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties.
- You will not get any other marketing messages to your phone.
Email message
Our email messages will be sent by us from: no-reply@reminders.adur-worthing.gov.uk
It will show the last four digits of your Council Tax number.
