Help with travel costs (and £2 bus fares)
Single bus journeys are capped at £2 until 31st October 2023 on most routes in West Sussex under the Department for Transport's Help for Households-funded Bus Fare Cap. After this, the bus fare cap will change to £2.50 for single tickets until 30th November 2024.
West Sussex County Council's website (WSCC) has more help with travel costs including:

Help with school costs: meals, transport and uniforms
If you have school age children and are experiencing financial problems they might be entitled to free school meals or help with school transport, see:
