Change of details

Every Benefits customer has to notify the Revenues & Benefits Service in writing about any relevant changes in their circumstances that may affect their benefit entitlement.

Additionally, landlords who are receiving Housing Benefit payments in respect of a tenant must notify the Revenues & Benefits Service in writing about any changes in their tenant's circumstances that they could reasonably be expected to know about.

You should always tell us as soon as possible.

If the change means that you are entitled to more benefit and you do not tell us within one month of the change, you may lose benefit.

If the change means that you are entitled to less benefit and we have paid you too much benefit, we will ask you to pay it back.

Moving home

If you move home and your landlord is Adur Homes, Worthing Homes or Turning Tides, provided you have no other changes in circumstances you can use the appropriate form below to tell us about your move.
