Debs is an experienced councillor, and community organiser, with a strong commitment to reducing inequality, strengthening community resilience, and improving wellbeing. She has a strong background in housing, psychology and wellbeing.

She is the co-founder of several successful local projects which focus on tackling poverty, reducing waste, and building stronger, more connected local communities.

She is passionate about empowering residents and developing practical, sustainable, community-led solutions that create lasting positive change.
