Cllr Luke Houghton becomes a Worthing councillor for Reform UK

Cllr Luke Houghton has left the Conservative group on Worthing Borough Council to become a Reform UK councillor.

Cllr Houghton will continue to represent the residents of Heene Ward on the council.
