Business Rates Open Data: Non-Domestic Rating (NNDR)

Under the Freedom of Information Act, we keep and publish reports about Business Rates for all businesses in Adur and Worthing.

Following a review of the CSV report extracted from our systems we have removed any rows that are not considered commercial/business accounts. We have also removed some of the columns that contain the property address/rate payer details, this is because some of the rows still contained personal data by way of a FAO/CO or account manager name being added to the address field. However, company postcodes and property reference numbers are provided. This is information which can be used to search for specific company information that is already available in the public domain.

The open data that we provide is updated quarterly.
