Statement of the Requirements of the Notice

Relaxation of the requirements of the Enforcement Notice issued on 16 February 2015. Notice now reads (i) Remove fence from land and remove all materials OR: (ii) Remove fence (Fence 1 photo 1) from land adjacent to boundary wall with pavement and remove materials AND (iii) Remove fence from land that runs from front wall of property to boundary wall with pavement and remove all materials AND (iv) Chamfer last panel (Fence 3 photo 3), adjacent to boundary wall with pavement. |
