Statement of the Requirements of the Notice (I) Permanently reduce the height of the fence to no more than 1 metre in height for the entire length measured from the back edge of the pavement. Or alternatively: (ii) Permanently remove the fence in its entirety from the Land and permanently remove all materials resulting from this compliance with this requirement from the Land.
