Statement of the Requirements of the Notice

(i) Permanently remove the Extensions in their entirety from the Land and permanently remove all materials resulting from compliance with this requirement from the Land.
(ii) Reinstate and/or repair the resulting roof to match that which existed originally, prior to the construction of the Extensions. |
