Statement of the Requirements of the Notice (i) Permanently remove the Extensions in their entirety from the Land and permanently remove all materials resulting from compliance with this requirement from the Land. (ii) Reinstate and/or repair the resulting roof to match that which existed originally, prior to the construction of the Extensions.
Details of any postponement of the Date the Notice is Effective by reason of s175(4) - Appeal to the Secretary of State Relaxation of Enforcement Notice - (iii) Permanently remove the extension in their entirety from the Land and permanently remove all materials resulting from the compliance with this requirement of the Land AND (iv) Reinstate and/or repair the resulting roof in full accordance with planning permission AWDM/0641/16.
