Statement of the Requirements of the Notice (a) Permanently remove fence, posts and gate; or (b) Reduce the height of entirety of fence to l metre above ground level; or (c) Reduce the height of fence to maximum of l metre marked yellow on Plan B then gradually increase height of fence to meet section marked blue on Plan B and permanently remove gates fronting Gordon Road and infill resulting opening with fencing to match that currently in situ. Remove all resulting materials from land in all options.
