There are three committees at Adur & Worthing Councils that deal with Planning matters:

Adur Planning Committee

This is for planning applications within Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Sompting and Southwick and deals with all Planning, Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area Consent and Advertisement Consent applications; Tree Preservation Orders and enforcement action relating to unauthorised building works or breach of conditions where applications have been approved.
