What is self service?

The new secure self-service system for Worthing residents is an ideal way to view general information about property bandings within Worthing, or personal details about your Worthing Council Tax account.

As a Worthing Council Tax payer, you can register to see details about your own account, including the charge, discounts and exemptions that have been granted, payments that have been made (excluding today) and the account balance.

How to register for an account

Please follow the registration guide:

In order to use Self Service you must be a Worthing resident, and register with us first so that we can send you a PIN. Once you have received your PIN, you will be asked to enter it the next time you to log on to Self Service but after that you will only need your user name and password.
