General information

Worthing Crematorium is situated in idyllic surroundings just to the north of Worthing near to Findon village. The present day crematorium is situated in what used to be the grounds of Muntham Court. There are two chapels, the Kingswood Chapel and the Muntham Chapel.

Outside the more formal building curtilage and lawns the crematorium grounds are managed to maintain their value for wildlife.

The fringing woodlands are managed variously as hazel coppices and non-intervention high forest to retain as traditional a landscape as possible within The South Downs National Park.
