PCN Scam Emails: There is a scam email being sent purporting to be from HMCTS (Her Majesty's Courts & Tribunal Service) regarding Fixed Penalty Notices.
Please note the Courts do not issue Fixed Penalty Notices; and Fixed Penalty Notices and Penalty Charge Notices are never sent by email.
This has been reported to the British Parking Association who are making the various agencies aware of this scam.
Should you receive an email from HMCTS purporting to be in relation to a Fixed Penalty Notice please do not click on the links.
Paying a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
You can pay your PCN online today. This service uses a secure connection to encrypt your personal and sensitive information. We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards (not American Express):

You can telephone the secure automated telephone payment line on 0345 680 0189 (treated like a local number and charged at the same rate as an 01 or 02 number).
We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards.

Payment can be accepted during office hours. we accept all major forms of credit and debit cards, cash and postal order payments.
Please do not send cash by post or put it through the Parking Shop letter box directly. Cheques and postal orders only can be sent by post to the Parking Shop, made payable to either 'Adur District Council' for AD or AX PCNs, or 'Worthing Borough Council' for WU and UW PCNs. Please quote the PCN reference, your address and vehicle reference when posting cheques or postal orders.
