PCN Scam Emails: There is a scam email being sent purporting to be from HMCTS (Her Majesty's Courts & Tribunal Service) regarding Fixed Penalty Notices.
Please note the Courts do not issue Fixed Penalty Notices; and Fixed Penalty Notices and Penalty Charge Notices are never sent by email.
This has been reported to the British Parking Association who are making the various agencies aware of this scam.
Should you receive an email from HMCTS purporting to be in relation to a Fixed Penalty Notice please do not click on the links.
Lost your Penalty Charge Notice?
If you have lost your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and would like details on how to pay/appeal your PCN. Please provide us with the following information:
- Vehicle Registration Number
- Date and location of contravention if know
- Contact Details
- Your name
We will then be able to carry out a search for your vehicle on our database. We will then email you back with your PCN number and details on how you can pay/appeal your PCN.
