Season tickets - Terms and conditions
Multi-storey car parks
The Season Ticket is only valid in the car park specified.
Surface car parks
Please clearly display your Season Ticket on your dashboard or in the windscreen so that all details can be clearly read through the front windscreen when you are parked in the car park named on the Season Ticket.
The Season Ticket is only valid in the car park specified. Where this states 'Worthing Borough Council All Sites', these are only valid in the Council's surface car parks.
This Season Ticket should not be copied, altered or defaced in any way; doing so will render it invalid. Season Tickets must be returned to the Parking Shop or Council if the vehicle is sold or the holder stops using it. If loss of Season Ticket occurs, the holder must tell the Parking Shop or Council immediately.
Once each site has reached capacity, a waiting list will be put in operation. Season Ticket sales are based on a first come, first served basis.
April 2014 only: Current NCP Season Ticket holders will be given first priority on purchasing WBC Season Tickets. If the car park required reaches maximum capacity, an alternative site will be offered where possible.
It is the Season Ticket holder's responsibility to renew on time; if a Season Ticket expires and a waiting list is in operation, the Season Ticket will be offered to the person at the top of the list and the previous holder will have to go to the bottom of the waiting list to wait for another Season Ticket. There will be no grace period on expired Season Tickets.
Season Tickets are non-transferable between sites or vehicles. Any holder wishing to change site or vehicle must surrender the original Season Ticket and make a new application.
Season Tickets will only be issued for complete months. Refunds will be given for surrendered tickets but only for remaining full months.
As Season Tickets are for a vehicle, not a person, any amendments to vehicle ownership must be brought to the attention of the Council or Parking Shop immediately. Season Tickets do not guarantee the holder a parking space, although every effort will be made to ensure sufficient capacity exists.
The Council accepts no liability for the vehicle or its contents.
Season Ticket holders must comply with the site's Terms and Conditions at all times.
Contact Parking Shop (Adur car parks, and Adur and Worthing on-street)
Parking shop open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4pm on Saturday.
Calling an 0345 number will cost exactly the same as a call to a standard landline number starting with 01 and 02. If you have 'free' minutes as part of your phone deal then calls to 0345 numbers will usually come out of that and there should be no additional charges on your bill.
