Our Stories, Your Councils
As part of a pioneering new move, a team of Adur & Worthing Councils' staff will give weekly updates giving an insight into the daily life of a public servant.
From managing a host of cultural venues to dealing with the street community to helping solve residents' problems, every aspect of the local authority will be covered by the group.
The aim is to give the public a chance to hear first hand the day-to-day challenges faced by those delivering a range of services across Adur and Worthing and help grow understanding to the roles and functions of Councils.
The hope is that it gives those that live and work across the area a greater understanding of the role of a 21st century public servant.
