Leisure operators sought for Adur District Council facilities

An established leisure provider is being sought by Insolvency Practitioners to take on the running of three popular facilities owned by Adur District Council.
The call out comes after Adur Community Leisure Ltd (ACL), an arm of the Impulse Leisure company, entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 27th July 2020.
This led to the closure of Lancing Manor Leisure Centre, Southwick Leisure Centre and Wadurs Community Pool in Shoreham, which are all owned by Adur District Council.
Smith Williamson, which is acting on behalf of the liquidators, are now seeking offers to take on the running of these sites.
