Vision for Brooklands

Released: Monday, 08 October 2018

The masterplan for the transformation of Brooklands Park will be revealed at a public meeting this Thursday, 11th October 2018.

This will set out Worthing Borough Council's vision for the future of the lake, having taken into account the views of the local community, including over 800 written responses from residents.

Two identical presentations will be delivered on the evening: from 6pm to 7:15pm, and again from 7:45pm to 9pm. This is to help maximise the opportunity for residents to see the proposed vision.

A representative from the consultants Chris Blandford Associates, along with Worthing Borough Council Officers, will be attending.

Worthing Borough Council's Executive Member for Digital and Environmental Services, Councillor Edward Crouch, will also be available to answer questions on the evening.

The meeting will take place in the Richmond Room at Worthing Town Hall.
