Worthing Theatres On The Up - A town without culture is a dead town

Worthing Borough Council leaders are committing to keeping culture a priority of the town, adding: “A town without culture is a dead town”.

The dynamic diversity of programmes across Worthing Theatres' three venues - Connaught Theatre, Pavilion Theatre and Assembly Hall - has resulted in rising incomes, profits on most shows, more first time visits and more repeat visits.

Film, dance, comedy, family entertainment have all seen rising figures over the last three years new figures released today show.
