How to stay active

Adur & Worthing Wellbeing is continuing to offer free friendly healthy lifestyle advice and support for adults and families. Where possible, we are providing phone and video call one to ones, group based sessions via online applications, and signposting to online resources. Staying active at home

Adur and Worthing wellbeing have developed a series of instructor-led online exercise tutorials for you to follow in your own home.

They consist of a mix of aerobic and core strength exercises to help you stay active. There are exercises to tone your abs, raise your heart rate, and much more.
