The Prime Minister has set out new measures (on 9th September 2020) to restrict the spread of Coronavirus. The new measures include the following:

  • From Monday 14th September: it will not be possible to meet with people from other households socially in groups of more than six. This will apply indoors and outdoors, including in private homes. Education and work settings are unaffected;
  • From Friday 18th September: it will be mandatory for certain businesses to have a system to collect NHS Test and Trace data, which must be kept for 21 days;
  • From Thursday 24th September: certain businesses must display an unique QR code which can be used by the new NHS Test and Trace app

More information about the measures, including a link to simplified COVID-19 secure guidance, is available on the GOV.UK website.
