Replacement Footbridge at Fishersgate Station

Notice of Public Path Order: (Public Footpath No.13So) Replacement Footbridge at Fishersgate Station Diversion and Creation Order 2018

The above Order was made on 10th July 2018 by Adur District Council (ADC) and Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) (the Councils) under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (TACPA 1990) because they are satisfied that it is necessary to divert the highway to which the Order relates to enable the development as described in the Order to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the TACPA 1990 to Network Rail of 1 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 2ND by the Councils under reference AWDM/1603/15. The Order will, if confirmed as made, divert part of Public Footpath No. 13So as described in the Schedule below and shown on the Order Plans 1 and 2.
