Set up a Direct Debit to pay Business Rates

Payment of Business Rates instalments must be received by the Council by the date shown on your bill. Your bill shows you how much and when to pay.

Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit saves both you and the Council time and money and is the Council's preferred method of payment.

Please print out, complete and return the relevant Direct Debit mandate form (below) depending on whether your business is in Adur or Worthing:

Please remember that it takes time for us to process your Direct Debit. You should therefore continue to make payment by another method (please see below) until you receive a letter confirming that the Direct Debit has been set up.
