Adur Planters Sponsorship Scheme
As part of our Street Scene Improvements Work, Adur District Council has installed a series of planters in the main shopping areas in Shoreham along the High Street and East Street; and Lancing at Crabtree Lane, North Road, South Street and Cokeham Road.
Funding was secured for the installation, planting and maintenance in 2018, and from 2019 the Council is looking for local business sponsors to help support the project for subsequent years. This is a great opportunity for your business to be a part of improving the local area and show your support for the community, whilst boosting the visual presence of your business for less than £5.00 per week.
The planters will be replenished twice a year with seasonal planting during the Spring and Autumn to ensure a vibrant display all year round. In the Summer they will be visited every other day for watering, more if it is exceptionally hot; and weekly the rest of the year.
We would like to invite Businesses to become a Sponsor at £250 per planter per annum; an application form along with a location plan can be found below. If you would like to sponsor a planter please select which location, with up to 3 preferences. Each planter will have two plaques, one on each side. The plaques attached to the planters will state 'SPONSORED BY' followed with your business logo. We will accept shared sponsorship at a reduced price of £130 per plaque but would ask that a joint application is put forward with your sponsor partner. Shared sponsorship will consist of two different businesses on one planter; each with their own plaque.
