Equalities and Diversity Action Plans
The action plan has been developed to ensure that we have focus on issues that originally arose from the Local Government Equalities Framework. The action plan is monitored regularly by one of the Councils' Strategic Directors and twice a year by the Adur and Worthing Equalities and Diversity Working Group:
Operational Equality and Diversity Action Plan
An Equalities and Diversity action plan which focuses on the operational level for the Council has been developed through the Adur and Worthing Equalities and Diversity Working Group (AWEDWG).
This is a 'living document' and not exhaustive. The actions will be monitored through the ADEDWG every six months.
