Motorcycle bays

In Adur there are no specific motorcycle bays at present.

In Worthing there are specific motorcycle bays in:

• Chatsworth Road
• Montague Place
• The Steyne
• Augusta Place
• and Chandos Road

Parking in these designated bays is free. If you are a resident in the Controlled Parking Zone, motorcycles do not require a residents permit.

Motorcycles and scooters must be parked at right angles to the kerb and with the back wheel facing the kerb. They may also park considerately between residents' cars.

Motorcycles and scooters should not be parked on the footway.
