Why the new Customer Service Centre?

The new Customer Service Centre has been created as part of our drive for efficiencies and economies. This has involved streamlining our accommodation from three large buildings (Adur's Civic Centre, Worthing's Portland House and Town Hall) to just two (Worthing's Portland House and Town Hall). Phase two will start in April with Worthing Town Hall.
